Our Values
At Norajuku, we believe in the power of organization to transform lives. Integrity and confidentiality are our cornerstones, ensuring every client's personal information, space, and possessions are treated with respect. We uphold integrity, treat every client's belongings and information with utmost respect, and prioritize sustainability. Collaboration and empathy are our driving forces. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and visions, fostering partnerships that last beyond the organizational process. We believe in the connection between your physical space and your emotional well-being. Where there is emotional turmoil there is also physical clutter, and vice versa. The desire to help other families live well in their homes, and creating peace for people in their surroundings is how Norajuku came to be.
Meet Nora Sana Roussakis, an evangelical Christian, quadrilingual, stay-at-home mom and wife and the magic behind Norajuku, a luxury home organizing and personal styling company that offers virtual/at-home services in Montreal, Quebec and Brooklyn, NY (South Slope and surroundings). Picture this back in the day, she had a keen eye for style and fashion which she had developed through more than 20 years of work in the retail industry as the co-owner at a high end mother/daughter team run business, Chez Rose Marie Lingerie, in Montreal's fashion forward Mile End. It was here that her love for organization and happiness truly collided.
Nora doesn’t possess magical powers for making order out of chaos—just a natural sense of organization, a lot of empathy, and a keen insight into the relationships between people and their “stuff.” She's like your personal space transformation fairy and offers organizing services and ongoing support to help clients conquer clutter and focus on what they really want to be doing.
